That's exactly why Carnival Concierge UK was born. Founded by Alexis in 2018, Carnival Concierge UK was created as the first costume delivery service for Notting Hill Carnival, with one simple mission: to make carnival easier, smoother and far more enjoyable.
A self-confessed Soca baby and proud carnival feteran, Alexis has spent more than two decades travelling the world, chasing the next carnival experience. Along the way, she experienced the highs of carnival culture and also the stress, last-minute changes, long queues, missed opportunities and unnecessary complications that so many masqueraders simply accepted as part of the journey. She knew it could be done differently.
Alexis understands that memorable experiences are created when people feel supported, cared for and free to be fully present. That insight became the foundation of Carnival Concierge UK.
Today, we specialise in creating seamless, luxury carnival experiences for clients across the globe who value exceptional service, attention to detail and the freedom to simply enjoy the moment.
