Each package starts at a flat fee with an additional 55p per mile if the chosen delivery address is more than 5 miles from the mas camp.
Deliveries are dependent on Mas Band Schedule.
We can only deliver if the costume is ready.
Carnival Concierge UK takes no responsibility for delayed costume delivery due to mas band production.
We will endeavour to get your costume to you within your pre-booked time frame.
Refunds will only be considered if CCUK are at fault for delay.
This service is offered between Friday 11th August - Saturday 26th August 2023.
Deliveries can be arranged for Carnival Sunday (27th) & Carnival Monday (28th).

What happens if I miss my delivery?
Bronze / Silver Package - Your CC representative will make one attempt at delivery and then your items will be returned to the mas camp.
Gold Package - Your CC representative will make two attempts at delivery and then your items will be returned to the mas camp.
Further delivery attempts can be booked at an extra cost. This will also depend on drivers' scheduling.
What if there is something wrong/missing from my package when I receive it?
We advise all masqueraders to choose a Silver/Gold package so that you receive imagery of package items before delivery.
Should you be unhappy once your package has been delivered. Get in touch within 24hrs and the team will do our best to support you.
After 24hrs, you will need to book a new return.
