Booking Form

This is the initial booking form for our Crop Over Companion Service. After submission, our team will review your request and, once full payment is made, you will be invited to a 15-minute video consultation in June 2026.

This consultation is your opportunity to meet a member of the team, ask any questions, and clarify your itinerary.

Once paid in full, there are no refunds, except if our team has concerns about moving forward. A full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

The team reserve the right to not disclose the reason for cancellation.

Your Crop Over Companion provides discreet 24-hour WhatsApp access, offering trusted local insight, curated recommendations, and seamless coordination of experiences across the island. While many requests can be accommodated promptly, certain arrangements requiring third-party partners may involve additional coordination time.

Response times of up to 30 minutes apply once services formally commence on 28 July 2026. Prior to this date, your companion remains available to offer guidance and support in preparation for your stay.

Please note this service does not replace, emergency assistance and is delivered within safe, controlled environments.

Your companion can assist with curated mas band and costume recommendations, insight into band culture and road experience, coordination of costume collection and delivery, and guidance on selecting fetes and events that best match your preferred atmosphere.

Discreet accessibility support is also available for guests with physical, mental health, learning, or communication needs.
