CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK ON THE LANDJET?

​

No personal food or drink is allowed in the landjet without pre-arranged contact with the Travel Concierge Team. 

No Cooler boxes or pre-boxed food is allowed in the vehicle. 

​

CAN I SMOKE IN THE LANDJET?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Landjet. Anyone caught smoking will be asked to leave. the vehicle. No refunds will be provided. 

​

WHO ELSE WILL BE IN THE LANDJET WITH ME?

All Landjets seat 9 people. 2 seats are reserved for the Designated Driver and the DD Rep. If you would like your whole team to be in one landjet we suggest any of the following options:

A) Organise your team and get everyone to log in and make payment simultaneoulsy. It's a risky option... but some like to live life on the edge :-) 

 

B) Contact us by email on travel@carnivalconciergeuk.com and ask us to reserve the total number of seats your team requires. One of the team will send you an invoice for the total amount. These seats will only be held for 3 hours from time of invoice. 

 

C) Why not upgrade to a private landjet? Send us an email to find out more about our bespoke packages.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE INFORMATION

​

Should your scheduled arrival and/or departure time change up to 48hrs before the booking, you will be contacted by email and given the option to receive a refund for the the full amount paid minus booking fees.

​

Should your scheduled Arrival and/or Departure time change by more than 1hr you will be notified by text message.

​

Please ensure you have provided a working mobile telephone number as this will be the point of contact used by your DD rep. 

​

LATENESS / DELAYS / MISSED LANDJET

​

Treat your landjet like a flight. THE LANDJET WILL NOT WAIT.

​

Your DD Rep will be at the vehicle 15 minutes before departure. They will try to contact you ONCE by phone.

 

Please double check your phone number with your rep upon boarding at the start of your journey. 

​

Should you miss your outward journey your return journey will still be available. Should you miss your outward journey your welcome drink will be forfeited, however drinks allocated for the journey can be given on the return journey.

​

Should you not be on time for your pickup and departure your journey will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

​

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

​

All Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Should the journey be cancelled in full or in part by the provider, a full refund will be provided.

Partial refunds will be considered if the outward journey is over 90 minutes delayed.

ZERO TOLERANCE ABUSE POLICY

​

A zero tolerance policy towards violence and aggression is expected across all luxury landjet services. No member of staff should be subjected to violent, threatening and/or abusive behaviour. Should this be noted, the Designated Driver and/or the DD Rep reserve the right to ask guests to leave the vehicle. In this instance, no refunds will be provided and the guest will be banned from the use of Carnival Concierge UK and The Rated Agency services. This includes, but is not limited to, services, experiences and events.
