Platinum Package - £41.50

Your CC representative will video call you for you to verify your costume remotely.
They will liaise directly with the mas camp if any queries or concerns.
Your costume will then be delivered within a pre-arranged 1 hour time slot.
!PACKAGES WILL NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED!
A NAMED REPRESENTATIVE OVER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY
THEY WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE A PICTURE HOLDING THE ITEM AND PROVIDE ID

How does this work?
Each package starts at a flat fee with an additional 55p per mile if the chosen delivery address is more than 5 miles from the mas camp. Bookings outside of the M25 will incur an additional surcharge. Please enquire BEFORE BOOKING for further details as mistakes WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Deliveries are dependent on Mas Band Schedule. (We can only deliver if the costume is ready)
Carnival Concierge UK takes no responsibility for delayed costume delivery due to mas band production.
We will endeavour to get your costume to you within your pre-booked time frame.
Refunds will only be considered if CCUK are at fault for delay.
This service is offered between Monday, 17th August 2026 and Saturday, 29th August 2026.
Deliveries can be arranged for Carnival Sunday 30th August 2026 & Carnival Monday 31st August 2026

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Silver/ Gold Package - Your CC representative will make one attempt at delivery and then your items will be returned to the mas camp.
Platinum Package - Your CC representative will make two attempts at delivery and then your items will be returned to the mas camp.
Further delivery attempts can be booked at an extra cost. This will also depend on drivers' scheduling.
What if there is something wrong/missing from my package when I receive it?
We advise all masqueraders to choose a Gold/Platinum package so that you receive imagery of package items before delivery.
Should you be unhappy once your package has been delivered. Get in touch within 12hrs and the team will do our best to support you.
After 12hrs, you will need to book a new return.
