1. Service Access & Fair Use

To ensure the highest quality experience for all clients, the daily/weekly rate includes limited, fair-access use of premium services:

Chefs: Up to 1 chef per 4 guests per day.

Additional chefs can be booked at extra cost.

Mixologists: Up to 1 mixologist per 4 guests per day.

Additional mixologists may be added for a fee.

IV Drips / Wellness Services: 1 session per guest per day.

Additional sessions available for purchase.

Massages (foot, body, pre/post-fete): 1 session per guest per day. Additional sessions available for purchase.

Fair Use Policy: Services are provided to ensure all guests receive high-quality support. Excessive requests beyond the fair-use limits may incur additional fees or be rejected.

Our companions draw on local expertise and the best of their knowledge to respond to your requests as promptly as possible. While your companion remains available 24 hours a day, certain services may be subject to availability. Requests requiring coordination with third-party providers may involve longer response times.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

24hr Whatsapp Access must be paid for in full.

Silver, Gold & Platinum packages can be reserved with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Any remaining balance can be paid in installments, up to June 30th 2026.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer, online card payment or cash

Cancellation & Refunds: All deposits and service payments are non-refundable. At our discretion, transfers of deposits toward alternative Crop Over Companion services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Should Crop Over Companion be unable to deliver a confirmed service as agreed, or where delays occur due to circumstances within our control, a partial refund may be reviewed and considered accordingly.

3. Fair Questions & Service Boundaries

For safety, legality, and professionalism, the following policies apply:

Prohibited: No illegal drugs, illegal activities, or sexual services.

Alcohol Delivery: Can only be delivered to groups where all members are over 18.

Respectful Interactions: Guests must engage respectfully with companions and service staff. Abuse or harassment may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Crop Over Companion requires a copy of each guest’s photo identification for verification purposes. This information will be stored securely and handled with the utmost discretion, and will be permanently deleted three months following the completion of services

4. Privacy & NDA Policy

All personal information and service details are confidential.

Companions and Service Staff may sign an NDA if required to ensure privacy; no information or media is shared outside your group.

Photography and videography are strictly controlled: by default, media is private, accessible via password-protected site.

Promotional Discount:

Guests willing to allow a videographer to accompany their booking for promotional purposes may receive a discount on their package. Please speak to your companion on the first day of your booking.

5. Limitations & Additional Notes

Our service is designed to enhance your experience.

We cannot guarantee access to sold-out events or third-party services, though we do our best to secure them in advance.

Any requests outside the scope of our service offerings may incur additional fees or be declined.

Your personal companion will attend to your request within 30 minutes. For your safety, please note this service does not replace emergency assistance. Companions provide support in secure, controlled environments and are not equipped for high-risk or volatile situations.
